The Team
Steve Din
Managing Director
Steve has a LL.B (honours) and a number of post-graduate qualifications in law and corporate finance. He spent most of his career working in investment banking, principally for Morgan Stanley where he was a managing director in its fixed income division. After leaving Morgan Stanley, Steve joined Citigroup's mergers and acquisitions department in London as a managing director and European Head of Restructurings.

As well as being a member of R3, Steve has acted as an expert witness in High Court litigation in disputes relating to corporate restructurings and mergers & acquisitions. In addition to having taught on the subject of "corporate restructurings" on the MBA courses at London Business School and the London School of Economics, Steve has had a number of articles published in various law journals including the Journal of International Banking Law.

Phil has a LL.B (honours) and qualified as a solicitor to practise law in England and Wales.
After spending a couple of years practising law at a regional law firm in the UK, Phil chose to work in The City, Tokyo and Wall Street drafting and distributing securities documents for various leading law firms and investment banks.

Over the last three years, Phil has worked full-time with Steve funding litigation brought before the courts in England and Wales as well as assisting insolvency practitioners, litigation and employment lawyers to uncover evidence of unlawful behaviour by current and former directors and employees of businesses across the UK.
